At Pink Pound we’ve been working very hard to recruit the best fitness professionals to help you look amazing and feel full of confidence all year round! We’ve been getting to know Joel Gentle, , who has been working in fitness for a number of years and now he wants offer his fabulous services to everyone including our Pink Pound LGBTQ community.
Everyone’s goals and fitness levels are unique. Whether you are someone new to exercise, a world class athlete or someone in between, I have a personal approach to suit each client I work with.
I believe in small sustainable lifestyle changes rather than short term quick fixes. Quick fixes don’t work because successfully reaching fitness goals takes time, effort and dedication (concepts that are foreign in today’s “I want it now” culture).
I draw on two decades’ worth of experience in sports as diverse as athletics, rugby, kickboxing and gymnastics. My passion and drive will keep you going. I promise to add variety, fun and to get the best out of you.
